RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (Retyped for website by Jim Hartsell 1/21/06. See association manager for official copy.)

WHEREAS, the undersigned, constituting a majority of the members of the Board of
Directors of the Sunset Oaks Homeowners Association, are responsible for administering and
maintaining the affairs of the Association pursuant to the Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, and
Restrictions and Bylaws.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has the power to adopt reasonable rules and regulations concerning the affairs of the Association regarding safety in and on the common area property. WHEREAS, the driveways are for the egress and ingress of vehicles. NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the Sunset Oaks Board of Directors at the August 17, 2005 monthly Board meeting declared that the use of driveways as a play area by children and adults including but not limited to any type of ball playing, skateboarding, roller skating and bike riding is hereby not allowed. NOW THEREFORE, this Resolution has been submitted and approved by a majority of the Board of Directors and will become effective on August 17, 2005. (Signed) |
