New Motion Sensing Outdoor Lights Have Been Approved!

The Board of Directors recently approved two motion sensing, outdoor light fixtures. If you are considering new outdoor lights to help spruce up your home, here are your choices. The lights can be used for front and back entries.

Hampton Bay Outdoor Motion Sensing Wall Lantern (Model #248 560),
Polished Brass Finish.
Cost: $44.97

Hampton Bay Outdoor Motion Sensing Wall Lantern (Model #561 456),
Antique Brass Finish.
Cost: $34.97

The polished brass finish light has been installed at 1034 Michelangelo Drive if you want to take a look. The antique brass finish is installed at 1201 and 1203 Crescent Terrace.

Our present outdoor lights are no longer available. Should you decide to purchase new fixture(s) please consider donating your old globe to the Association. It would be used as a replacement when an existing light is broken.
