MEETINGS SCHEDULE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The regular monthly board meetings are held each third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. All residents are welcome to the meetings. The meeting notice and agenda are posted in the Clubhouse front window and also is posted on the web site under "meeting agenda" at sunsetoaks.org the Friday prior to the Wednesday night meeting.

ANNUAL HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION MEETINGS:
The Annual Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of May at 7:30 PM in the Sunset Oaks Clubhouse located at 675 Picasso Terrace.

The schedule of regular monthly board meetings above represents the third Wednesday of each month. All monthly board meetings begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

Exception: The December monthly meeting is usually held on the second Wednesday of the month because of the holiday season.


Every meeting requires a quorum of four board members to be present to conduct business. However, illness or travel may cause a change to the meeting date.

If you plan to attend a monthly meeting, it is always recommended that you
check with the Manager to confirm that no changes have been made to the meeting schedule.
