The clubhouse can be rented by residents of Sunset Oaks who are in good standing.

• Submit the proper form to the Manager. See Clubhouse Rental form in left navigation column.
• The rental fee is $85 for parties (updated 1/26/04), or $25 for meetings, plus a security/cleaning deposit of $250.
• No reservations for the third Wednesday evening of the month.
• You are responsible for cleaning.

Swimming pool

All residents and up to four guests accompanied by residents are welcome to use the swimming pool. The main rules are:

• No glassware.
• No diving.
