INSTALLATION METHOD

Prior to installation, the homeowner must meet with the Association Manager and/or Architectural Control Committee. The purpose of this meeting will be to review options to properly blend in the installation with the surrounding area. Below are 3 times when the homeowner is available to meet. Upon receipt by the Association, the Association Manager or the ACC will contact the homeowner to arrange a meeting.

Is a mast required?     

(If yes, then you must complete the boxed section below.)

Will the mast for your satellite dish/antenna extend over twelve
feet above the roof line?
Will the mast extend higher than the distance from the site of the
installation to the lot line?
If you responded "YES" to either question, please provide your reasons why such a mast is
necessary.

Deliver to the Manager a detailed drawing of the planned installation including:

  • Description of the mast and satellite-dish/antenna.
  • Exact location of the mast and satellite-dish/antenna installation.
  • Description of the method and manner of the installation of the mast and satellite dish/antenna.
  • Total height of the mast and the height it will extend above the roofline.
  • Explanation of reason(s) why mast must extend to this height.
  • Manufacturer specifications regarding the installation of the mast.
Submission of this form means you will comply with all of the Association's rules for installing, maintaining and using satellite dishes and antennas. You assume all liability for any damage to the Association and/or other unit owner's property that occurs due to antenna installation, maintenance, and use.

Upon submit, you will see the emailed form that has gone to the Manager.
